Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move goods.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, tag, and record incoming and outgoing inventory using warehouse management software.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment, ensuring all packaging meets quality standards and carrier requirements.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage before processing to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance in previous roles.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counts and billing.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
