Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory audits and stock replenishment with precision and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a pristine and organized warehouse environment to ensure optimal workflow and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Conduct regular safety checks and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a background check.
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and moving items up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional overtime during peak seasons.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
