Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Lead team of 8-12 hourly staff during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Complete shift reports and performance metrics
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse environment
- Valid Florida driver's license
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work weekends and holidays consistently
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours
