Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure timely order fulfillment and accuracy.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing clear instructions and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and enforce OSHA compliance protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock discrepancies, and coordinate with the shift lead for restocking needs.
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints efficiently with a focus on problem-solving.
- Track productivity metrics and prepare daily shift reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management (minimum 1-2 years).
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Valid Forklift Certification and ability to operate material handling equipment.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Reliable transportation and the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) consistently.
