Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors to move inventory throughout the facility.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate digital records.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trailers and delivery trucks, ensuring cargo security.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
