Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with high attention to detail.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift certification.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
