Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 member night shift team during 10 PM - 6 AM operations
- Optimize warehouse workflows for maximum efficiency and safety
- Conduct real-time inventory audits using WMS systems
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for urgent order fulfillment
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
- Manage equipment operations (forklifts, scanners, conveyor systems)
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation experience
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to work independently during peak operational hours
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and lean methodologies
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
