Responsibilities
- Efficiently package, label, and prepare shipments for cross-border transport
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Conduct inventory audits using RF scanning technology
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with bilingual team members for seamless US-MX operations
- Adhere to all TSA and customs compliance requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training)
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred but not required
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass background check and drug screening
