Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to maintain a steady workflow.
- Manage inventory accurately by scanning barcodes, verifying stock levels, and organizing warehouse storage areas.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met before delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Perform daily quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to identify discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize shift processes and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we will train the right candidates.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Valid Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not mandatory.
