Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain service level agreements
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Resolve operational escalations and make real-time decisions
- Conduct shift handovers and prepare weekend performance reports
- Lead process improvement initiatives for weekend workflows

Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/supervisory role with weekend shift experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
- Familiarity with WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Georgia driver's license
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
