Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ weekend warehouse staff with real-time task delegation
- Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and inventory accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Optimize loading dock efficiency using WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for weekend operations
- Resolve operational escalations and process bottlenecks
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Fri-Sat-Sun)
