Responsibilities
- Accurately process and ship customer orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse layout following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid state driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts during peak seasons
- Team player with excellent communication skills
