Responsibilities
- Execute daily fulfillment tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to all quality assurance standards and handle customer requirements professionally.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be reliable and able to work a consistent Friday through Sunday schedule.
- Forklift certification (Class A/B) is a plus but not required.
