Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Perform picking, packing, and labeling of orders with high accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory; training provided.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
