Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 weekend warehouse staff during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with overnight shift managers for seamless handovers
- Conduct performance reviews and provide team development
- Resolve operational issues using Lean Six Sigma principles
- Generate shift reports and productivity analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to work weekends with flexible weekday availability
- Forklift certification (valid)
- Memphis metro area residency required
- Background check and drug screen mandatory
