Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse tasks including picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless shift handovers.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks within strict timeframes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts and weekends if required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
