Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory audits and stock replenishment for the weekend surge.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse floor to ensure safety compliance.
- Communicate effectively with the weekday team to ensure seamless shift handovers.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) proficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in adherence to OSHA standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
