Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead team of 10+ staff members during Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Coordinate cross-functional handoffs with weekday management teams
- Resolve operational issues and maintain efficient workflow during peak hours
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage teams during non-standard shifts
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Availability for mandatory weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) + weekday support
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
