Responsibilities
- Lead weekend logistics operations team of 8-12 associates
- Coordinate high-volume package sorting and dispatch activities
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain service SLAs
- Conduct safety audits and enforce compliance protocols
- Train weekend staff on new procedures and equipment
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for smooth handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years logistics/supervisory experience
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in WMS systems and logistics software
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma or equivalent required
