Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume order fulfillment and packing processes with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) following all safety regulations.
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for damage or discrepancies and report accordingly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekend shift team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Sort and stage materials for the upcoming week efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with reliable attendance.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and operation manuals.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.
