Responsibilities
- Package & Process: Sort, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock levels during the weekend surge.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekday team to ensure seamless operations and clear communication.
- Customer Service: Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies and answering inquiries as needed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but training is provided for qualified candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
