Responsibilities
- Operational Execution: Safely load, unload, and organize inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage, ensuring inventory integrity.
- Documentation: Maintain precise records of stock movements and shipment logs using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to ensure a smooth handover and continuous workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to verify data accuracy.
- Driver's License: Valid Class C driver's license required.
