Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to clients during weekend hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues via chat and phone.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor under pressure during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support or technical assistance (1+ years preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically on the fly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
