Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls during the night shift.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately enter and update customer data into CRM systems and databases.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and handoffs.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to call scripts and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work nights, specifically between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or office setting.
- Reliable transportation is required for night shift schedules.
