Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and product support to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues to senior technicians.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when handling difficult customer situations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols to ensure accurate support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Reliable transportation to the Albuquerque office location.
