Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and process improvements.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards during every shift.
- Provide product and service information to customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or operations preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
