Responsibilities

- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with company policy.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with the front-end team to ensure a smooth customer flow.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
