Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Accurately document all interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Ensure seamless order processing and transaction management.

Qualifications

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
