Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records within the WMS system.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery with strict attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and meet production targets.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management software is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
