Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Check incoming shipments for accuracy and document any discrepancies immediately.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process paperwork and prepare orders for distribution to customers.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation to and from the workplace.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills required; ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
