Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (RF Scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, stage, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Process and prepare outgoing orders for timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or be willing to obtain one within the first 30 days.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanning systems.
