Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming inventory stock.
- Picking & Packing: Select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
- Quality Control: Perform daily quality checks to ensure customer orders are accurate and meet specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Computer Literacy: Basic comfort with computers and handheld scanners.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
