Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock organization using inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning, pricing, and inventory tracking.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs dictate.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
