Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and products within the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verify contents, and process paperwork accurately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
