Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse staff, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and safety compliance
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations and inventory management
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment protocols and procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and inventory records
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Valid Oregon driver's license
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm)
- Experience with inventory management software preferred
