Responsibilities
- Inventory Operations: Accurately receive, sort, and store incoming stock to ensure optimal organization.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with precision.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean workspace.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanners.
