Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during weekend operations (Sat-Sun)
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Optimize warehouse workflows for weekend peak efficiency
- Conduct real-time performance coaching and issue resolution
- Coordinate cross-departmental weekend handovers
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for weekend processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Experience with WMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Availability for every weekend shift (6AM-2PM)
- Forklift certification required
