Responsibilities
- Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping of inventory orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve logistical challenges and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred).
