Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and process incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain real-time inventory records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets strict quality standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure workflow continuity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Performance Targets: Meet and exceed daily productivity goals and efficiency metrics.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for shift rotations.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk long distances.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with handheld scanners and basic data entry.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and consistent work history.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
