Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume order picking, packing, and shipping operations with 99.5% accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and material handling equipment safely.
- Perform daily inventory audits and reconcile stock levels in real-time.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace in strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow bottlenecks during peak weekend hours.
- Verify shipment documentation and ensure proper labeling and routing.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Must be willing to start this week.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
