Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process inbound and outbound orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels using inventory management systems and perform regular stock counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe for all team members.
- Load/Unload Trucks: Efficiently manage the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation to and from work.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
