Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure inventory accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily production targets.
- Update inventory management systems with real-time shipment and stock data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and logging data.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are recommended.
