Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipping using a handheld scanner.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment to move stock.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Shift Adherence: Commit to working rotating night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States (US Citizen/Green Card/H1B).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights and weekends.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read a pick list.
