Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations during the night shift to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure a zero-accident workplace environment.
- Manage, train, and mentor the overnight team to improve performance and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day-shift management to ensure seamless handovers.
- Address and resolve operational issues immediately to minimize downtime.
- Prepare daily shift reports and submit them to senior leadership by 8:00 AM.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead capacity is highly desired.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
