Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading, unloading, and staging of freight to ensure timely distribution.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in accordance with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM or similar).
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
