Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from aircraft, railroad cars, and shipping docks.
- Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare items for shipment by assembling, labeling, and packaging.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform physical labor including lifting boxes and standing for extended periods.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
