Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and inventory turnover.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
