Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely in compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and correct documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in adherence to OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow issues efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and high-volume production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but comprehensive training is provided for the right candidate.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
