Job Summary:
You will work independently and as part of a team to pick, pack, and ship products to our customers. Attention to detail is critical to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to maintain inventory flow.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy is required.
