Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Space Optimization: Organize storage areas to maximize space utilization and retrieval speed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
